If we have the book in stock:
§ We confirm by return email the availability & the price.
§ We can reserve the book for you or send it to you.
§ For special courier delivery, the mailing cost will be quoted upon request.
§ Payment can be made by credit card or check (Euro check accounts, please).
§ Credit card number can be communicated by phone or fax. For security concerns, please DO NOT EMAIL credit card numbers.
If we do not have the book in stock:
§ We’ll email you the price & delay
§ If the book is in stock with the distributor, an average delay is from 7 to 10 working days.
§ If the book is not in stock with the distributor, we will advise you.
§ If you wish to confirm order, please follow same procedure as above
§ For some special orders we may ask you for a deposit of 10 Euros.
§ Deposit can be made by credit card .
§ A confirmation of the deposit will be emailed to you.
§ Our prices are competitive with Internet prices.
§ Our prices include French VAT on books (5.5 %)
§ Our shipping costs are usually lower since our daily deliveries are consolidated.
